Terms and Conditions

Attendance at any workshop, conference, training or webinar organised by Executive Engagements LLC (registered address in Sharjah Media City (Shams), hereinafter referred to as EE is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By registering for any of our events via email or online, the client (attending delegates, speakers, sponsors, or partnered media) accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• Registration Confirmation: Registration for any event can be completed online or offline by filling out a registration form. Upon registration, the client will receive an invoice and instructions within 48 hours via email.

• Payment Policy: The full amount of the registration fee must be paid within 7 working days of the invoice issue date unless otherwise agreed. Payments can be made via bank transfer or via payment link. EE is not liable for any additional bank transfer fees that may occur due to payment in a foreign currency. Payment must be received in full before the event starting date. All prices listed exclude VAT. Upon invoicing, statutory VAT will be added to the price. The packages do not include accommodation, travel, visa fees or any leisure activities, which is the sole responsibility of the client.
• Exchange Rates:  Exchange rates are subject to fluctuations and are determined by current market conditions.

• Substitution Policy: A registered delegate may be substituted up to 5 working days before the event date.

• Cancellation Policy and Refunds: Cancellation of registration must be made in writing via email to the registration department at info@executive-engage.com. Cancellations made within 24 hours after registration will be subject to a refund of the full paid registration fee. Cancellations made more than 24 hours after registration will result in no refund, but the client will receive a credit note valid for one year from the original event start date, to be used at any other event held by EE. Please note that the credit note cannot be refunded due to further cancellations.

• Force Majeure and Permanent Cancellation of Events: While every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised event, EE reserves the right to change event dates, speakers, presentation topics, sites, or locations, omit event features, or merge the event with another event as deemed necessary without penalty. In such situations, no refunds, partial refunds, or alternative offers will be made. In the event of permanent cancellation of the event for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to any force majeure occurrence, where the event is neither postponed to a later date nor merged with another event, the client will receive a 100% refund of the registration fee within a maximum of 30 working days from the date of cancellation.

• Governing Law and Disputes: The formation, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement, and any disputes arising out of it, shall be governed and construed by the substantive and procedural laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its rules on conflicts or choice of law. To the extent applicable, the laws of the U.A.E shall apply. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be the courts located in the U.A.E, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

• Copyright: All intellectual property rights in all materials produced or distributed by EE in connection with this event are expressly reserved, and any unauthorized duplication, publication, or distribution is prohibited. EE has the right to record photos and videos of registrants and may use them for non-commercial purposes. For more information on this matter, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

By registering for any event organised by Executive Engagements LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
