Attendance at any workshop, conference, training or webinar organised by Executive Engagements LLC (registered address in Sharjah Media City (Shams), hereinafter referred to as EE is subject to the following Privacy Policy. At EE, we are committed to safeguarding the privacy of all individuals participating in our training workshops, including attending delegates, speakers, sponsors, and partnered media. This Privacy Policy outlines how EE collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information.

• Collection of Personal Information: EE may collect personal information from speakers and attending delegates during workshop registration. This information may include name, contact details, job title, company name, and other relevant professional information. While efforts will be made to respect the privacy preferences of individuals, it is understood that speakers’ photos and information may be used to promote the event unless specified otherwise. Any person who does not wish for their likeness to be used for marketing purposes are requested to inform EE in writing before the workshop. However, please note that while we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, complete removal of photos or videos from all marketing materials may not always be feasible once they have been published.

• Consent: By providing personal information to EE, speakers and attending delegates consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

• Updates to Privacy Policy: EE reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying affected individuals directly.
